30 Day Return Policy

Camel Milk Liquid Fresh & Frozen Pints Are Non-Returnable or Refundable.

Coop Membership Club Fees are also NON REFUNDABLE.

Shipping Fees are also NON – REFUNDABLE, UNLESS the package has NOT been shipped at time of refund request.

Camel Milk Powder that is NEW and in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days from original purchase date. Camel Milk Skincare or nutritional Products that are new and in their original, sealed packaging may be returned for up to 30 days following the original purchase date. Returns received after 30 days from the original purchase date are ineligible for a refund.

What If It’s been opened and used?

Skincare products that have been opened and used may not be refunded. If you are unhappy with your purchase after you’ve opened and tried it and you have a complaint, or you just don’t like it, then we want to know about it. Call us at 561-236-8008 or email us at info@camelmilkcoop.com and we will discuss the possibility of a return and refund.

Please contact our customer service team at 561-236-8008 or info@camelmilkcoop.com to place a new order for the product you desire and to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to ship your product back for a refund. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund to the form of payment used at the time of purchase.

How to return?

If your order qualifies for a return, please call our customer service team at 561-236-8008 or email us at info@camelmilkcoop.com with a reason for the return and your requested course of action in order to obtain an RMA number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

For any returns please be sure to use a traceable, reliable method to ensure arrival to our facility. Please note your RMA# on the outside and inside of your package and return it to:
