Q: How is the liquid milk shipped?

A: The liquid camel milk is shipped in a styrofoam cooler placed inside an insulated shipping box with dry ice/ice packs.

Q: When will you ship my order?

A: All Liquid milk orders are shipped Mon-Wed only. i.e: If you order on Thursday, it is going to be shipped on Monday. The cut off time is Tuesday at 11 AM EST

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping times vary from state to state but all milk arrives to your door within 1-4 days.

Q:Where does your camel milk come from?

A:All of our Camel Milk comes from Humpback Dairy in Miller Missouri. This is one of two certified grade A camel Dairies in the US.

Q: What are the camels fed?

A: Our camels are fed an all-organic diet consisting of Alfalfa grass hay, and the feed is a mix of oats, flax seeds, alfalfa pellets and sunflower seeds.

Q: I thawed the camel milk and notice separation in the milk, is this natural?

A: Yes, sometimes when you thaw out a frozen pint, the milk can become a little bit separated. This is completely natural, just shake well before consuming!

Q: What is Flash Pasteurization?

A: Flash Pasteurization is a new age technology, that FLASH heats the milk to 160 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-30 seconds and then rapidly cools it to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. This pasteurization method keeps all of the nutritional properties intact. Our Flash Pasteurized Camel Milk is comparable to raw milk, without the risk of illness.

Q: If I am just starting Camel Milk for my child what is a good starting dose?

A: It is always recommended to start small, and slowly increase as you seem fit. We recommend starting at 1/4 tbsp to 2oz in the morning on an empty stomach.

Q: Should cow milk be stopped before consuming Camel Milk?

A: Yes, it is recommended to replace cows milk with camels milk.

Q: How long is the frozen milk good for?

A: Frozen camel milk is good in the freezer for 6-8 months.
