30 Day Return Policy
Products that are new and in their original, sealed packaging may be returned for up to 30 days following the original purchase date. Returns received after 30 days from original purchase date are ineligible for refund.
What If It’s been opened and used?
Milk pints that have been opened and used may not be refunded. If you are unhappy with your purchase after you’ve opened and tried it and you have a complaint, or you just don’t like it, then we want to know about it. Call us at 561-203-5795 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will discuss the possibility of a return and refund.
Please contact our customer service team at 561-203-5795 or email@example.com to place a new order for the product you desire and to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to ship your product back for a refund. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund to the form of payment used at the time of purchase.
How to return?
If your order qualifies for return, please call our customer service team at 561-203-5795 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a reason for the return and your requested course of action in order to obtain an RMA number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
For any returns please be sure to use a traceable, reliable method to ensure arrival to our facility. Please note your RMA# on the outside and inside of your package and return it to:
